CONLON Commercial is marketing full-floor office condominiums in a high-rise across from the Willis Tower.
The units are located in a 19-story building at 318 W. Adams, between Wacker Drive and Franklin Street, in the Loop, says CONLON Commercial Managing Director Marcus Cook, who is co-listing the properties with CONLON Commercial President Steve Horvath.
Asking prices start at about $927,000 a floor.
CONLON is marketing nine-floors worth of condominiums. The units, each about 8,433 square feet, are located in a professionally managed building with security. The entire building is comprised of office condos, Cook says.
The building’s owners are open to subdividing the space, he adds.
“It’s a great opportunity for the company or business owner who’s looking for an alternative to traditional leasing options,” Cook says. “There’s not a lot of space like this in the Loop. We’re excited to be part of this project.”
